If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you can send us an email to support@carnivalsource.com. Include your order number, first and last name and the desired changes or reason for cancellation. Orders are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing very soon after the order is placed. Therefore, most of the time it is too late in the automated process to flag your order and cancel it or make changes. If this is the case, we will let you know.
