To inquire about returning the products you ordered, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, first and last name and reason for return. Our products are not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, and then, only upon authorization from our home office. Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 15% restocking fee plus full freight charges.
Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% handling charge will apply to any unauthorized return. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent.
