Hi. Since the Covid-19 pandemic happened several years ago, USPS, FedEx and UPS no longer guarantee their delivery dates for ground or even 2nd Day Air shipments. That is why we only provide an estimated delivery date on our product pages, cart page and checkout page. There is no refund of the shipping cost if the shipment does not arrive on the estimated delivery date.
